 10 Weeks til the INBA Perth Classic and i’m feeling really good. Energy is HIGH. 

A lot of people have been asking if i’m still feeling good and have energy. I always have energy as my meal plan does not just consist steamed broccoli, sweet potato and cooked chicken breast.

I use Australia’s #1 Nutritional system along with my whole foods to make sure my adrenals, cortisol, 0xidative stress and other important factors are taken care of through-out the competition prep and everyday. My Micro-nutrients are always of high importance. Most people just look at Macro-nutrients!
