021115: Family, Biceps and Catch ups

Hello Everybody!

I hope everyone is having a great Monday 🙂

I want to share a little of my story with you all. I joined the Australian Navy back when I was 18 years of age in 2006. I have always wanted to contribute to the world and help people so I thought it would fit me well. I loved the aspects of leadership and mateship. I was blessed with the ability to travel and serve in countries like India, Singapore, Persian Gulf, Dubai and Oman just to mention a few.

I loved it all and YES it was hard work, long hours and months at a time away from my girl friend at the time Jacelyn and my family. Was it worth it??? YES

I would not change a thing. It helped mould me into the person I have become. I truly believe that experiences and lessons whether bad, hard, good and wonderful make us who we are and grow us as a person.

What it also taught me is that I am WORTH IT, FAMILY is first and HAPPINESS is first.

I finished my contract of 6 years in 2012 and become a Master PT and Crossfit Coach.

“SO I AM CHASING MY DREAMS AND HELPING OTHERS DO THE SAME. OUR PAST HELPS TO TEACH IS LESSONS BUT DOES NOT DEFINE US. BE WHO AND WHAT EVER YOU WISH TO BE”

What is your story!???
